Private Yoga Sessions

Development of your personal practice is always an important and worthwhile investment. Having your own home practice is extremely rewarding and helps you to constantly build tools to encourage and maintain your personal health.

I have many options to support you on your yoga journey and would love the opportunity to work with you. In my sessions, I put a strong focus on the subtle body and incorporate many tools such as physical postures, pranayama, chakra balancing, Reiki, and meditation. Together we will discover a holistic approach to your deepest needs.

Whether you are taking care of an acute injury, chronic pain, or need specific support during any mental or health challenge, I can assist in building a practice to help.

Personal Practice Development

These sessions are appropriate for experienced practitioners or those that are brand new to the practice. If you are ready to deepen your relationship to healing and the power of an enhanced mind/body connection, then moving into a private sessions are ideal.

What you get in your sessions:

  • Option for Live or Zoom (60-75 minutes)

  • Additional check-ins to follow each session

  • Email communication access
