- Every Full Moon class will be shaped slightly differently according to the Moon's current asrologoical position. Through a Tantric-designed yogic practice consisting of asana (positions), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, we will reap the greatest benefit from the Moon's enchanting influence in our lives.
- Variations will be offered in all classes to ensure this class is accessible to all levels of yogis & yoginis <3
